Collection: Return & Refund Policy

At Buyzila, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned. Additionally, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.
